It’s been their thing playing on the playground and making friends with the wonderful team at the Tulsa Hills location Well, today they blew us away. Our soon to be four year old has been counting down to his Ninja Turtle birthday and telling everyone at Chick Fil A all about it. And this morning, when my husband and boys walked in, the team surprised him with a birthday present and a gift card 🥹 My son was shocked and over the moon excited! “I drive from South Tulsa to go all the way to this location because the way they treat their customers. They treat me better than my family. Both sides. From the manager Debbie who is Hands-On to the help they're always eager to help. Today I requested potato wedges which I have not had decent at a KFC in years and they were absolutely the bomb. Going back tomorrow to load up family size. I drive out of my way to this location because of their hospitality. I'm closest to the KFC in Jenks that closed because they were so rude to the customers. But I gladly drive all the way to this location because of how I'm treated and I watched how they treat other customers. They should use Debbie to train other managers on how to treat customers. Love this place and my son Brickle loves it too!“

“Food still great. Love the cookies, and if you get single cookies (not the 6-count bag) it is nicely warmed for you.
BUT, more and more people have sensitive noses now; there has a steady increase in recent years.
Sooo…the heavy fragrance in the restroom is very off-putting and stuffs up noses, even giving a burning sensation. And today, for the first time there was even an overwhelming fragrance in the eating area (worst near the single, front door (perhaps?). That’s just where I entered and exited. Nose affected the same there…and not appetizing, either.
This has been an excellent location. Please make it welcoming for all again. Thanks for bringing this to the manager’s attention!“
