“Went to KFC and ordered a family meal, they didn’t have enough strips and refused to cook more, we settled on that and then told them we wanted Mac n cheese for the side (mind u that’s the main reason we went) and they were out AND REFUSED TO MAKE MORE, our family meal was $48 plus tax…… We left and called Charlie’s chicken. They were awesome, we had all fresh food, chicken Mac n cheese, etc and our order was $44.** for the same amount of food and service was amazing! Thank u guys for being willing to make us fresh food! “We had family traveling from Wisconsin through be Oklahoma last night and we chose your restaurant to host all 20 of us. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of our food was amazing! The carrot cake was the best anyone had had! BUT, more and more people have sensitive noses now; there has a steady increase in recent years.
Sooo…the heavy fragrance in the restroom is very off-putting and stuffs up noses, even giving a burning sensation. And today, for the first time there was even an overwhelming fragrance in the eating area (worst near the single, front door (perhaps?). That’s just where I entered and exited. Nose affected the same there…and not appetizing, either.
This has been an excellent location. Please make it welcoming for all again. Thanks for bringing this to the manager’s attention!“

“I drive from South Tulsa to go all the way to this location because the way they treat their customers. They treat me better than my family. Both sides. From the manager Debbie who is Hands-On to the help they're always eager to help. Today I requested potato wedges which I have not had decent at a KFC in years and they were absolutely the bomb. Going back tomorrow to load up family size. I drive out of my way to this location because of their hospitality. I'm closest to the KFC in Jenks that closed because they were so rude to the customers. But I gladly drive all the way to this location because of how I'm treated and I watched how they treat other customers. They should use Debbie to train other managers on how to treat customers. Love this place and my son Brickle loves it too!“
