“Chick Fil A Friday just hit a whole new level of amazing. ❤️ For the past two years, every Friday morning has been Chick Fil A Friday in our house — a special tradition my husband started with our boys when my work travel became hard on the kids. It’s been their thing playing on the playground and making friends with the wonderful team at the Tulsa Hills location Well, today they blew us away. Our soon to be four year old has been counting down to his Ninja Turtle birthday and telling everyone at Chick Fil A all about it. And this morning, when my husband and boys walked in, the team surprised him with a birthday present and a gift card 🥹 My son was shocked and over the moon excited! In a world where kindness can sometimes feel rare, the Tulsa Hills team reminded us how powerful a small act of thoughtfulness can be. They made our little boy feel SO special and gave our whole family a beautiful moment we’ll never forget. To the incredible team at Chick Fil A Tulsa Hills: THANK YOU for showing up with heart. You’ve not only made our Fridays something to look forward to — you’ve truly created customers for life. 💙“

“I tried to do an online survey from the receipt but couldn’t get it to work. I just wanted to you know that your team member, Cainin, went above and beyond when I was there tonight! “Come for the food, stay for the service. I’ve never felt slimmer, but somehow I’m full? The food was brought out promptly, and our waiter was so kind and brought out (not only one) but TWO slim sauces for us to try. Only note is we wished the mango habenero was spicier. 10/10 would recommend to anyone passing through the Tulsa area!“

“Food was good, chicken could have been more fresh but service was good. Had ordered fried Pickles, which takes a little longer since they are cooked upon ordering. Cashier did forget and made it right by giving us a second one for free, definitely didnt need to do that but went above and beyond. Also, I greatly appreciated being greeted and acknowledged upon walking in.“

“As I was waiting for my order, I witnessed an associate assist an elderly gentleman with his order, getting to a table and engaging him in small talk. It warmed my heart to witness this small act of kindness! Beyond the jalapeno chicken being the reason to return also the customer service.“

“We visited Chick-fil-A during a trip, and it lived up to its great reputation for fast food. The drive-through line looked long when we pulled up, but the team had it moving incredibly fast with friendly, organized service right from the moment we ordered.
The food came out fresh, hot, and well-packaged. The spicy chicken sandwich was juicy with just the right amount of kick, the waffle fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and dipping everything in their signature sauce made for a great lunch. The interior was spotless and bright, showing just how well-managed the spot is.
It was a seamless experience overall, delivering quick service and delicious, high-quality fast food for our quick stop.“

“Food still great. Love the cookies, and if you get single cookies (not the 6-count bag) it is nicely warmed for you.
BUT, more and more people have sensitive noses now; there has a steady increase in recent years.
Sooo…the heavy fragrance in the restroom is very off-putting and stuffs up noses, even giving a burning sensation. And today, for the first time there was even an overwhelming fragrance in the eating area (worst near the single, front door (perhaps?). That’s just where I entered and exited. Nose affected the same there…and not appetizing, either.
This has been an excellent location. Please make it welcoming for all again. Thanks for bringing this to the manager’s attention!“

“Thanks to our local 71st Zaxby’s for such a act of kindness. They Cheerfully came through St Francis cancer chemo infusion room with chicken sandwiches for patients, many of who are there for most of the day We so appreciate ❤️“

“Went to KFC and ordered a family meal, they didn’t have enough strips and refused to cook more, we settled on that and then told them we wanted Mac n cheese for the side (mind u that’s the main reason we went) and they were out AND REFUSED TO MAKE MORE, our family meal was $48 plus tax…… We left and called Charlie’s chicken. They were awesome, we had all fresh food, chicken Mac n cheese, etc and our order was $44.** for the same amount of food and service was amazing! Thank u guys for being willing to make us fresh food! You’ve won us over every time just for that!“

“We had family traveling from Wisconsin through be Oklahoma last night and we chose your restaurant to host all 20 of us. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of our food was amazing! The carrot cake was the best anyone had had! Thanks to the staff for letting us even stay and enjoy visiting after the meal!You went above and beyond even taking a photo and helping my 98 year old grandma to her seat!!“

“I enjoy going to this Popeyes location simply because of the friendliness of the staff and how when you walk through the door they make you feel like you belong and the relaxing atmosphere.!!! Plus I really appreciate the hard work of everyone who works there except a couple of individuals but we won't let that ruin everything!“

“I drive from South Tulsa to go all the way to this location because the way they treat their customers. They treat me better than my family. Both sides. From the manager Debbie who is Hands-On to the help they're always eager to help. Today I requested potato wedges which I have not had decent at a KFC in years and they were absolutely the bomb. Going back tomorrow to load up family size. I drive out of my way to this location because of their hospitality. I'm closest to the KFC in Jenks that closed because they were so rude to the customers. But I gladly drive all the way to this location because of how I'm treated and I watched how they treat other customers. They should use Debbie to train other managers on how to treat customers. Love this place and my son Brickle loves it too!“

“Jenks losing KFC was a big blow, but gaining a Slim Chickens was a good tradeoff. Tried the spicy tenders and they were tear jerkingly hot and tasty! Ended with a banana pudding jar. Only downside is alas the parking, Jenks outlets can be such a struggle to get in and out of during peak times. Going during off hours is suggested.“

“Had lunch here today and I always get the jalapeno chicken meal and it nearly always requires a wait because they make it fresh, and I appreciate it. Today it was getting pretty late and I still didn't have my food. A young gentlemen worker noticed I was sitting there without food and checked on it right away and it had gone missing. He started a new round and stayed on top of it until I got my meal. I really appreciate that he noticed and did something about it. Given we see so many reviews complaining about service, today's service was top notch at Charlie's Chicken . . . and the food always hits the spot for me.“

“As usual for this franchise, I received awesome crisped fries (lucky for the employees here, I still can't add french fries to my vegan cooking repertoire). Additionally, the employees here demonstrate a work ethic and satisfaction that not surprisingly leads Raising Cane's to be employee nominated as one of the top 100 employers to work for on www.glassdoor.com“
