We dined in last night and our experience could not have been finer! We had a bit of a mishap at our table that ruined a third of our order. Manager came right out replaced our entire table order. No questions asked. I’m getting old and Service like this is so rare nowadays! The young man who waited our table was very polite and smiling and that too is so nice to see! I definitely give them five stars and I will be back
The only thing is the waitress name Brandi seems disturbed 😦 when I asked for a refill. I was very disappointed in my service today Thursday July 21, 2022. Before I left after leaving her a tip after paying I asked for a refill and she never brought it to me, so we just left. It sad 😞
I get rib crib 3 or 4 times a week I love it. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location and didn’t have time to get it before they closed. Emily was extremely helpful and understanding regarding my situation.
