“My husband and I ate at Stepping stone cafe today, we ordered 3 main courses to try multiple items, the food was fantastic and tasted fresh, portions were huge and prices were low. We ended our meal with blueberry pie a la mode which was also just delicious. I highly recommend this cafe, it's worth the drive.“

“I am giving this location 5 across the board because I simply do not leave bad reviews. I am only here because I want the Bixby community to thrive.

The food was excellent and on time. The service was averge. I sat at the bar and ordered wings. The bartenders never introduced themselves, never smiled, and were very transactional. I am not denying that this wasn't sufficient, but I just truly hope a place like this, off the beaten path like Bixby, survives. So in my humble opinion, it might need a little bit more than, hi, here's a menu, drop off your food, and here's your check.“

“Right away greeted by a friendly host, Julie. This was our first time here and Dre who had our table was awesome. Prices to portions made this very generous. The food was hot and delicious. She said she had a surprise for us. We were given a free cinnamon bun the size of a birthday cake and we each got a free slice of pie. My wife and daughter had the onion rings and fried mushrooms and loved them. I had eggs over, bacon, French toast and fruit. Wife had a smokehouse burger and salad and my daughter had a ½ pound burger and salad. We took so much home with us. The entire experience was excellent. Each and every time we come to Tulsa we will be at the Silver Skillet and telling everyone about it.“

“I’ve always raved about the consistency of Redrocks food and the amazingness of their steak, until tonight. The Gorgonzola bleu cheese ribeye is my absolute favorite special they run. Severely dissatisfied in the quality of the steaks we received tonight. We took some friends out for dinner tonight and it was unanimous that the steak quality was seriously diminished from our previous several experiences. I had heard that there was new management; unsure if this would be the reason, the USDA grade of steak has been decreased. The cook was perfect but when your steak is as tough as a boot, it’s hard to enjoy. 3 out of 9 plates were served as ordered this visit, (majority had no substitutions) there has never been an issue in the past with this either. It’s hard to write this review when all the times I have been there have been superior quality. I hope our next visit will be redemption“

“Goldie’s is a Tulsa staple, and honestly, it feels like stepping into a simpler time in the best way.

I had the bacon cheeseburger and it was amazing. It took me right back to those long lake days when you walk into a marina restaurant starving and everything just hits. One bite in and I couldn’t stop smiling.

He had the open-faced chili burger and cleaned his plate, which says everything. We had okra and fries on the side, both good, but let’s be honest, we come for the pickles. And they delivered.

We loved every minute of it. The food, the nostalgia, the whole experience, it’s why places like this stick around.“

“Edit June 29, 2026: Music was moderate, waitress Amy K. did a marvelous job. We ordered chopped steaks and they were impressive, 8 ounces that really taste like steak. (Highly recommend) I had Brussels sprouts and thought they had way too much tangy sauce. Brought home half the meat, half the bread and most of the vegetables.

April 2026, first time here. Reading reviews here I was expecting more in the way of ambiance. Reminds me of Applebee's. Music louder than it should be at 11:30 am.on Thursday. Parking lot messy. Seated immediately. Amy was helpful and attentive enough. They were out of green beans so I ordered salad. It was large and included half a boiled egg and freshly grated cheese. My stuffed spud came with steak chunks, tasty and tender but slightly overcooked. Carrots were a generous portion but I thought overly sweet. I brought half home. Husband really enjoyed his chicken fried steak, noting the breading was not overly thick. He also said the ranch dressing tasted homemade and really liked the included dinner rolls. I liked that drinks were in heavy glass. We will visit again soon. I would like to try chili.“

“My wife and I stayed at the River Spirit Casino to do some business planning. We wanted to check out the Fireside Grill. It was a great experience. Our waitress was great she made sure we were well taken care of. I will be going back an would recommend the Crawfish dip and Smoked Ribeye!!“

“This place completely saved my night. I'm traveling with my dog and had just left a nearby hotel that couldn't manage to feed me — so I walked in here without much expectation and left genuinely impressed.
The server was exceptional. Attentive, warm, and never made me feel like the dog was an afterthought or an inconvenience. Without even being asked, they brought out a bowl of water for her — a small gesture that says everything about how this place actually operates. I wish I had caught her name, but she was a young woman with a rainbow bandana in her hair — if management sees this, she deserves to hear it.

I should have just ordered them from the bar. Took forever for the waitress to come back so we could order. Waited over 45 minutes for our food. Waitress only came back once to ask if we needed a refill. Food was great. Service not so great.“

(Later learned her named was Delaney) and normally the standard is your order at the counter but since I had never been here she had me take a seat and walked me through the menu. “It was super crowded and when the waiter brought out food the hamburger was raw inside. So by the time the hamburger got back to our table everyone was done eating. We asked for a straw like 5 times. And it cost to much for the quality of the food. It could of been different but it wasn't“
