“My husband and I ate at Stepping stone cafe today, we ordered 3 main courses to try multiple items, the food was fantastic and tasted fresh, portions were huge and prices were low. We ended our meal with blueberry pie a la mode which was also just delicious. I highly recommend this cafe, it's worth the drive.“

I am not denying that this wasn't sufficient, but I just truly hope a place like this, off the beaten path like Bixby, survives. So in my humble opinion, it might need a little bit more than, hi, here's a menu, drop off your food, and here's your check.“

“We dined in last night and our experience could not have been finer! We had a bit of a mishap at our table that ruined a third of our order. Manager came right out replaced our entire table order. No questions asked. I’m getting old and Service like this is so rare nowadays! The young man who waited our table was very polite and smiling and that too is so nice to see! “Great place for a delicious and filling breakfast. I had one of the skillets. Maybe the sunrise skillet. I got the hash browns deep fried so they came out crispy. It also came with two slices of toast. White, wheat, rye or sourdough. My friend got the country fried pork chops, came with eggs and a biscuit with gravy and then he ordered a side of French toast. Everything was spot on. Quick, friendly service. I asked for two bowls for my leftovers and waitress was kind enough to bring me a fresh bowl of gravy and two to go drinks.“

Severely dissatisfied in the quality of the steaks we received tonight. We took some friends out for dinner tonight and it was unanimous that the steak quality was seriously diminished from our previous several experiences. I had heard that there was new management; unsure if this would be the reason, the USDA grade of steak has been decreased. The cook was perfect but when your steak is as tough as a boot, it’s hard to enjoy. 3 out of 9 plates were served as ordered this visit, (majority had no substitutions) there has never been an issue in the past with this either. It’s hard to write this review when all the times I have been there have been superior quality. I hope our next visit will be redemption“

That’s why I call Salads To Go an oasis. This afternoon, I was desperate. Across the street was the old spot where I’d grab a torta or some greasy tacos—calling my name from a distance, begging me to come back. Instead, I pulled into this drive-thru for the first time.

What did I find? Salads. All salads. And at that moment, the Greek salad was the most beautiful thing I’d ever seen.

Now I understand why places like this exist. There are people like me who simply can’t risk it anymore. For some of us, it isn’t a trend—it’s our only option. And I’m genuinely grateful places like this are here.

“Goldie’s is a Tulsa staple, and honestly, it feels like stepping into a simpler time in the best way.

I had the bacon cheeseburger and it was amazing. It took me right back to those long lake days when you walk into a marina restaurant starving and everything just hits. One bite in and I couldn’t stop smiling.

He had the open-faced chili burger and cleaned his plate, which says everything. We had okra and fries on the side, both good, but let’s be honest, we come for the pickles. And they delivered.

We loved every minute of it. The food, the nostalgia, the whole experience, it’s why places like this stick around.“

The NY strip here was just ok. Flavor was good, but It was a bit gristly. It was ok, and would go back to get a burger but nothing to bring me back to get a steak. NY strip for the $$ there are other places just as good and cheaper.“

(Later learned her named was Delaney) and normally the standard is your order at the counter but since I had never been here she had me take a seat and walked me through the menu.
