Each time I am at this location, I order the exact same thing. 44 water DOUBLE peach DOUBLE mango. Price 2.09. I never receive DOUBLE anything. I’ve been a front girl and I get being busy BUT, it’s 4:17pm and it’s myself and one other car on the lot. Someone owes me lots of refunds for that syrup I NEVER received. I’ve decided to spend my 2.09 daily somewhere else after FINALLY learning my lesson. Over it!
As the app suggests, I will be taking my business to Tonkawa. If your app is not working for the location, you should comp the 1/2 price drinks I would get if I ordered on the app. For my family, the whole purpose of using the app is that we work during the happy hour and therefore use the app so we can always get 1/2 price drinks. It is not our fault that your app is down so often. It clearly is not a nationwide issue as the app suggests I go to another location.
Tried to get something to eat for lunch at about 12:40. After waiting almost 15 minutes for my order, I talked to an individual about my order. They said it would be out in a minute. I had to be back at work at 1pm. After another three minutes, I left or I would have been late getting back to work. I had already paid using their small card machine
