About half of my chicken fries were either old or overcooked. Very hard and chewy. Food were excellent though. Service was as good as she could be. Seemed to be having a bad mistake prone day, but we all do and I told her as much. She was helpful and doing her best. Only upset about the chicken fries honestly.

I ordered on the app, 2 cheeseburgers no pickles no mustard (my son is at that picky age), large fries, 2 large drinks. I put in the order about 10 minutes before getting to BK, I was in a little bit of a hurry and the drive-thru was not moving and they were taking forever just to start taking someone's order so I decided I'd go inside since I was just picking up an order I figured it would be done. I went in and had 1 customer in front of me, when I got to the counter...

New maple bourbon whopper was actualy really good . Ordered med onion ring and they were warm and only 1/2 full . Service in drive thru was good hot & full rings would have made 5 star. Crew needs a lead.
