90 minute delivery, ICE COLD & lost. 40 minutes after estimated. Called store for update, horrible experience. Vague idea of anything, let alone my order or it's location. Actually they didn't even know if it existed, was made or on the way. Even attempted that the order was complete at one point ha! What a poor horrible excuse of an operation. After 20 years in food service this is by far the WORST experience I have had or seen. It makes me lose any and all hopeful expectations...read full review
Ordered pizza for delivery. Only a few mushrooms on order that was supposed to half mushrooms. Bottom really not cooked, almost raw dough. Called store and they had another delivered. Plenty of mushrooms this time however dough still hardly cooked. Can't call it crispy at all
So.. Papa Johns at 121st & Elm. Been doing business with them for years, many many years. Tonight's pizza - delivered by a driver who knows me by name - was cold. There was also a piece of bone in it. So, whatever, mistakes happen. So I called.
First, I was told the order was only 32 minutes old, so couldn't be cold. Then I was told that there's no way a bone could be in the chicken. Then "I don't know what to do about that". Then "I'm sorry about that"... and hung up on.
