I come to this subway because they have better service and the store is usually much cleaner than the other one. The only problem I’ve had is that there’s no manager on duty in the evenings and there’s usually teenagers running the store. Tonight I went in and a young man with curly black hair, had an earphone in and had gloves on while touching his phone and his phone was on the cutting board in front of the food. Every time we go and do a mobile order somthing is always messed up, im not sure if a stingy manger telling them to skimp because its moble or what but the only time its right is if your in there montoring them make it witch is annoying and makes me feel rude but its never correct otherwise and its not always convenient to go in.
Best subway I have been too in Broken Arrow! Cody and Chris both were phenomenal! Fast. Friendly. They also were able to make a sandwich for my nephew that wasn’t on the menu anymore. Definitely forget this subway is here but will be returning! Thank you for great service!
