I am a taco bueno fanatic and unfortunately this location is the closest to my house. Typically the quality/handling of the food and the service/wait times are horrible. Food comes out crusty or smashed and employees have been rude and slow on many occasions.
The staff was so kind and accommodating while fulfilling a very large order for me and my husband. They were very busy but they got our order correct and the food was great! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism today!
Service took FOREVER. Guy literally just stopped making food 30 seconds before being done and walked off to the bathroom. Didn't even tell anyone. Another employee came up, surprised, put the items into the bag and handed it to the customer. So weird. Taco Bueno just has gone so far downhill over the years.

Taco Bueno has a location with an incredible staff who are kind, joyful, and efficient in serving hot food quickly. These people are amazing and provide the best experience with incredible customer service, even offering a complimentary drink. However, some customers have experienced hit-or-miss quality, with sometimes excellent food and fast service, but other times slow service and inedible dishes, like overly salty beans on a tostada. Orders can sometimes be wrong, and the place needs some better training.
