“Went to Outback on Yale Sunday & ordered the French Onion Soup (along with other things) everything was great except the soup. When I gently told the waitress I was done with my soup she could take it away as it just didn't taste right. She did. But shortly thereafter the manager came over asking about the soup, when I explained what I told the waitress and emphasizing it was no big deal not to worry about it the manager practically begged me to let her make it right and make a new bowl. So I consented and I'm so glad I did!! The new bowl of soup came out amazing. We were almost at the end of our meal when they brought it to me but once I tasted it I couldn't stop eating it. So I had planned to take it home but it didn't make into the to go box it was that good. I also appreciated the manager explaining to me she had done some educating with the kitchen staff so it should not happen again. So many time managers do not seem to think mistakes are opportunities for education so I really appreciated that. Deanna? (the manager) and Kelee? (waitress) I think are the names of my waitress and manager they were absolutely fabulous. We will definitely go back again because of the customer service.“

“We had an awesome experience at Longhorn Restaurant on E. 71st Tulsa on July 5 2025.
I want to give a glowing review for CARL, the manager at Longhorn Steakhouse.
Background story: My son was diagnosed with severe life threatening food allergies to peanut, egg, and tree nuts when he was 18 mos old. He went into anaphylactic shock necessitating a trip to the ER, when I fed him Chinese food at a restaurant. Ever since then, we always brought his food when we go out to eat cause of potential cross contamination.
He is now 13 y/o and today was his first time eating restaurant food. Carl, was so kind, accommodating, attentive and genuinely cared when answering all our questions (UNLIKE John, the general manager at Texas de Brazil in Tulsa -refer to my other review.)
Carl told us that they cook food on a separate pan with separate cooking utensils on a separate grill for their guests with food allergies and that they also have food allergy menu. Let me tell you...seeing my son happy, loving, and enjoying eating the sirloin steak and bake potato, really melted my heart. Praise God that he blessed us with people like Carl and our waitress, Destiny, who both really made this day special for my son. Customer service was phenomenal and food was delicious! Our steaks (husband and I) were juicy and tender. The icing on the cake was when Carl, out of the kindness of his heart, gave my son a company rubber bracelet, company pen, and $10 GC to commemorate the day. We will forever be patrons of this restaurant.“

“Went to tulsa hills in sat nite!! Very very busy but of course Valentine’s weekend!! We sat at the bar while waiting!! I am diabetic and could feel my blood sugar dropping! It was very concerning! I asked this little guy named Brandon to get me some rolls . He brought me 4 and butter! He was so nice and helpful!! He should get a raise! He saved me I was about to pass out!! What a good guy!!!“

From the moment we sat down, everything was perfect: 🦀 Incredible crab cakes 🥗 Fresh, flavorful salads 🍞 Warm, delicious bread 🍸 Craft cocktails that hit the spot 🥩 Steaks cooked to absolute perfection
They even surprised my husband with a thoughtful birthday treat that made the night extra special 💫 And just when we thought we couldn’t eat another bite, we saw the cheesecake... and had to order it for a late-night treat after hitting the casino 🎰
The views from the 19th floor? Breathtaking. Tulsa lit up beneath us—definitely a don’t-miss spot if you're in town!“

“HORRIBLE We had high hopes for celebrating my son’s 32nd birthday at Texas de Brazil, but unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the hostess asked if we were celebrating anything. We told her about the birthday, but that acknowledgment seemed to end right there, with nothing further done throughout the meal. The service was abysmal. It took nearly 10 minutes just to get our drinks and over 20 minutes to receive a wine list after asking for one. Our server disappeared for long stretches, only to be seen standing nearby but not noticing our empty glasses or clearing our plates. Any questions or requests we made seemed to fall on deaf ears. The carvers who brought around the meats were another issue. They barely spoke English, only able to name the meat they were serving without offering any descriptions. Many of the meats were unfamiliar to us, and the lack of explanation left us confused. Despite repeatedly asking for medium-well meat, nearly everything we received was rare, leaving our plates swimming in blood. To top it off, we ordered and paid for four desserts but never heard so much as a "Happy Birthday." It made us wonder why they even bothered asking if we were celebrating in the first place. For a nearly $400 meal, we expected much better. Instead, it was a frustrating and underwhelming experience with poor service, unhelpful staff, and food that didn’t meet our requests. I cannot recommend this location based on our visit.“

“My family and I recently had the privilege of eating at the Bison Steakhouse. The menu has something for everyone and we were all pleased with the meal.
I was very surprised by the atmosphere. It was very relaxing and inviting.
