Went to Outback on Yale Sunday & ordered the French Onion Soup (along with other things) everything was great except the soup.
When I gently told the waitress I was done with my soup she could take it away as it just didn't taste right. She did.
But shortly thereafter the manager came over asking about the soup, when I explained what I told the waitress and emphasizing it was no big deal not to worry about it the manager practically begged me to let her make it...read full review

Melissa was awesome! She was so attentive and personable!! We ordered dinners to go for family members and she bagged them individually making delivery so easy!
The food was great and she never let us run out of drinks or bread (yummy).
This location has much better service than another one…way to go Melissa!!!

Good food what is expected from a chain. The servers were nice and attentive.

Outback Steakhouse on S Yale Ave is a standout location among its Tulsa counterparts. The staff is attentive and accommodating, particularly when it comes to dietary restrictions. The owner manager is friendly, outstanding and professional. The food was delicious and the steaks are good. The service is amazing and the manager is absolutely one of the best, professional, friendly, and very personable.
