Went in today to get lunch. There was no one but me in the store yet no one even acknowledged me the whole 5 minutes I waited in line while being ignored before I just gave up and left. Lol never experienced that before definitely a first.

I don't know what it is about this location but I always ask for my condiments to be put on the side (I take the other half for lunch the next day and don't want soggy bread) There is always a problem with pick up its like they are PO'd about the request Yesterday was the last straw with me I ordered two foot longs with "please condiments on the side" Got there and my order was in a brown PARTY size bag!! This location did not have tea for multiples weeks. Today, while waiting to have my sandwiches made, I heard one worker tell another that the tomatos didn’t look right. The other said “not our problem” and the first one kept putting them on the sandwich. Then they ran out of steak part way through making 2 sandwiches, and started taking off of one to put on the other. I asked them to just do one sandwich with steak then, and they said “that’s the right amount of steak”....read full review
