“This is the best Pho I’ve tried in Tulsa! Got the chicken Pho and the spring rolls. I let them know about my seafood allergy and feel really good. Pho 71 Vietnamese restaurant is delicious😊yum! Also my friends 4 year old daughter ate a “leaf” for the first time (the basil) and didn’t like it, but then tasted it in the Pho and loved it! She said, “Yum! I can’t believe I ate a leaf! “Stopped in for a quick and small meal while working in the area. This was my first time visiting though I had wanted to try it many times. We got the pork rolls(I think?), the summer rolls and the crab Rangoon. First of all…. I’m disappointed that I didn’t go in with a bigger appetite because the noodle and Pho and rice all looked PHENOMENAL. But everything we did get was amazing. You could actually taste the crab in the crab Rangoon and they were stuffed so full! And the summer rolls were probably the best I’ve had in the area in a very long time. I will definitely be making a point to go back with a bigger appetite to try the main dishes. The atmosphere was very clean, everyone there that was dining looked like they were really enjoying their food. And the service was very good.“

“I gave 4s and not 5s because first, they need to hire a restroom cleaner. They only have one restroom for one person for females and one for males. It really needs attention. The food I ordered was good. I ordered a salad with meats and it was pretty good but I did not like the meats cause it was bland. They need new bowls and plates cause the look and color looked ancient. Also, she gave me reusable chopsticks. Inside of the restaurant could use some updates. My waitress needs to smile a bit and welcoming. She maybe was tired.“

“The host was very friendly and helpful! Explained what all the dishes were. The eggrolls and sauces were very good. We ordered Bun Cha Gio, Chicken chow mein, and Garlic chicken. Everyone enjoyed their main dishes as well. The Iced Coffee dessert was delicious! We would recommend tis restaurant again.“
