Complimentary Edamame arrived with the server, who was busy but made sure everyone was seen. Fresh Spring Rolls were ordered, which came with a tangy peanut sauce, a twist from the usual. The spring rolls were very flavorful, with several herbs and vegetables going nicely with the tangy sauce. The Wagyu Pho was a main entree with a dark, deep, and rich broth with many flavors of spices, not so overwhelming that it drowned out the delicious Wagyu. Every single aspect of the evening was stellar, with the food, service, atmosphere, and prices on point.
