“Went here to eat for the first time and I order chicken fried rice to go. I'm giving this place 4 stars because I was given no spoon and no soy sauce pack for the fried rice, otherwise food tasted good, and despite that little fault I would still go back.“

“Good place for a quick bite or takeout. Food is counter style, pick a plate size, rice or noodles, and entries based on size. Everything was fresh and hot, and staff was very friendly and fast. A decent alternative to regular dine-in choices.“

“Nice small cozy place food was good I just think atmosphere was kinda weird. Really no room to move couldn't find a trash. I don't think they wanted us to eat there or expected us to eat there. Typically when I order Chinese or Asian food their portions are large. I order wings with rice the wings and rice was great it was just a scoop of rice which I found awkward. But overall basing food quality I enjoyed it definitely would order here again I just wouldn't eat there.“

“This place was awesome. My husband and I ate here while waiting on our tires across the road. He had the generals special and I had chicken and broccoli with noodles. We also had the cheese wanton (so good!) and a spring roll and egg roll each. I got the small with a side of noodles and it was too much food. It was very fresh and so tasty. I’m super picky about Asian food and this wasn’t too spicy or too bland or too extra weird spices added. The people were very nice and it was made fresh to order but still fast. We enjoyed it a lot.“

“I love this place so much. I moved to Tulsa 8 years ago and this is always my go to for Chinese food. Always delicious. The sesame chicken is amazing and my other go to is broccoli beef and spicy beef. The lo mein is good too. Been getting the mixed veggies as my side and it’s great.“

Golden Chef has the cheapest prices in Claremore for Chinese cuisine, you can get 3 entrees for the price of 2 at Panda or New Star. Downsides include the awkward location for all but Owasso commuters and Rogers State students, the old building and limited parking. The decorations are tacky, but I find it charming. They're a mix of trinkets from Asian supermarkets splashed with Will Rogers memorabilia. If you don't like the dining experience there's also take out - either way, I'd recommend giving Golden Chef a try.“

“Me and my husband went the other night , aside from the waitress who must of thought she was a good candidate for Hooters and walked around like she was hot stuff with her butt hanging out was felt ghetto a and low class ,but the wait for the food wasnt too bad. .. the food we ordered the shrimp lomain but was very little shrimp in it. “I have done the research and determined that Eggroll Kingdom has the best lomein in town. The portions are also MASSIVE! I regularly get two full meals from a single entree. Their fried rice is also top notch, but I have not tried every offering in town to confirm whether or not is the absolute best. And of course, you have to get an eggroll at Eggroll Kingdom.“

“I had this DoorDash to my hotel but it was so hot when I got it, I had to wait a few minutes for it to cool down which was awesome being so fresh. However, that was just the sesame chicken. The egg roll didn’t seem very fresh and the cream cheese wontons were tiny with very little filling. Not bad but they didn’t taste fresh like the chicken did and I prefer a lot of filling in the ones i typically get at other places. The rice was okay but I’m also not a big rice person so can’t say anything was wrong with it. I would buy it again, I just wouldn’t get the wontons most likely.“

“Service was good and attentive. I was welcomed as soon as I entered the door. Atmosphere was clean and what was expected. I took off for food freshness and quantity. It was about 2:45P and I assume plenty of time to stock back up on fresh food. Several options were empty, and several more options had food that looked many levels below fresh. I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp / Orange Chicken 1/2 rice 1/2 noodle. The noodle portion and rice portion was skimpy. Maybe 4 bites out of noodles. They use to fill these containers nicely.“

Went inside to pick it up and was immediately charmed by the beautiful and clean interior, friendly employees and calm, peaceful atmosphere. A little PRICEY but definitely worth it. Wish I’d known about this place sooner. Very quick service. Awesome little smoothie / snacks shop in the middle aisle of the Woodland Hills Mall. It’s located on the first level near the end (west side) and near the bathrooms.“
