Went thru the drive thru, ordered the 20 piece mcnugget and basket of fries bundle off of their menu. Was charged separately for them. Cost over 11.00, I only pay 8.19 for the same bundle in Eufaula. Took my receipt, went inside and talked to a manager. He told me they didn't have that bundle here. I explained it was on his drive thru menu board, he argued with me that it wasn't. When ordering I ask the girl about a price and if you still had a special on she didn't know,got to window to pickup food ask the girl at window if the special was on she did not know either. I just think they should know about specials ...Everything else was ok. But if the special was on I would have saved about 6.00 !!! I am a grandmother and on retirement it would really help me,I know it doesn't seem like much,but that would have gotten me another Big Mac. It was 3 days before...read full review

great customer service. one of the workers named mack told me about the McDonald's app saved me 5$. and my crispy chicken was big as a chicken fried steak. definitely recommend getting the app.
