My friend and I had cheeseburgers. The meat was thick and the burger was good. The onion rings were good. The fries are homestyle. Coffee is a bottomless cup. Service was excellent. It has a small town atmosphere, a little noisy at lunch hour, but it's a small building. This is the kind of diner you hope to find in small towns: good, fresh food served by friendly people. It was a quiet evening when I stopped in, but there were still a couple of locals at the lunch counter discussing the news of the day.I kept it simple with a burger basket and was rewarded with hand-cut french fries and a tasty crispy-edged cheeseburger on a toasted bun. It was perfect.The authentic vibe, along with their rotating daily specials, will keep you coming back!
