“I had ordered from here following news that a friend had lost a family member, so I just dropped in and ordered a HUGE order on them within an hour of their closing. Most places would have complained or told me to move around and find somewhere else, not them. They really cared and took care of my order with compassion. The food was literally heavenly, the pineapple sweet tea was amazing, but the faces of the workers was the ‘Golden Ticket’ they were so AMAZING!! Definitely give this place a chance because you won’t leave unsatisfied or not a part of their family“

“First timer at Billy Simms today and it did not disappoint. My daughter loved the pulled pork and baked beans! I really enjoyed the chicken tenders. This is a hidden gem and will be back. Thanks #20!“

“So I went there on a Friday night,and I think the bar was closed. I think that because they didn't have draft beer. And their bottled beer wad laughably expensive. I was kind of considering walking out.
The servers were actually pretty good. I had no problems or anything missing from what I did order. I was glad I didn't walk out.
Their bbq looked sus, so I went with chicken strips. They were actually really good! And the server asked me if I wanted ranch (I didn't really, but relented), which was also really good!
As a place for beet and bbq, this doesn't seem like it. But 5 stars for the quality wait staff in what appeared to be a dying situation.“

“Used them for Thanksgiving this year. Honestly had never ate here before then. The food was awesome for our feast this year. The customer service was superb, didn’t mess up our order was hot and ready when I arrived! I appreciate you guys so much! Thank you!“

“I have always had good food and service at this location. My steak the other day was about as perfect as a steak could be. The chicken served at our table was also cooked perfectly. I do wish they would cook the baked potatoes a little bit more so they would be softer.“
