“My husband and I went to the Fire Pit for the first time last weekend for the all you can eat crab! We have eaten in a lot of restaurants all over the country and by far this place was the best restaurant we have ever been too! The food was spot on great and the atmosphere was exceptional but above all the service was OUTSTANDING not just our waitress but everyone! I have never been somewhere that the entire restaurant staff has interacted and made you feel so welcome! 5 stars is honestly not enough! “We had such an enjoyable meal at Chickanellas today. Ally was so sweet and kept our Lavender Sweet Tea flowing. We ordered 2 appetizers, crab cakes and a spicy chicken bite dish. The 6 of us each had a sandwich [I had the BLTA with apple cole slaw, it was amazing] My mom said her sandwich was THE BEST she’d ever eaten. Alison had the Filet which was tender and cooked perfectly? she had the salad with Garlic Ranch which she agreed was wonderful? Steve ordered one of the specials of the night. Raviolis in a light cream sauce with scallops.... delightful? He also had the vegetable soup which he loved? We all had Kettle One dirty martinis ( 9 total) I had a glass of Kendall Jackson, Chardonnay with my dinner?   Would give everything a 10⭐️ Service, food & drinks!!! And since the Lighthouse is our go to place here at Lady Grand we will certainly be back many more times⭐️??⭐️”

“Attended the reopening Friday night and the food and service were very good. All ladies received a red rose upon being seated. Menu had few new additions, but the mushrooms were missing. Overall a positive experience after the Fathers Day storm that damaged the roof.”

“We have been going to Pistol Pat's since we moved yo Langley 13 years ago. The food is always good, the place (and the onion rings) reminds me of a place that I grew up loving! Pistol Pat's is just a very good, privately owned, old-fashioned burger joint! I don't eat meat, but the fries, the onion rings, or the fried mushrooms make a wonderful meal for me, and my family can get their burgers. “This is by far the most authentic tacos I’ve found in an hour radius. The barbacoa or carnita tacos are definitely my favorite. Their quesadillas are so perfectly crispy. You never would expect such good Mexican food on the island! Also the owner is such a vibe, very friendly, and always makes you feel welcome! He’s a local artist too and has a lot of his art on display throughout the restaurant. This is an eccentric experience that you can’t miss out on and is worth the drive. Get there early because they can definitely sell out of a lot throughout the day! We go 3+ times a week for lunch.”

“Fantastic Pizza place on Grand Lake. Thin crust pizza was really good. We had a Papa Joes Supreme and a Cherry streusel dessert pizza. I'd recommend both. The service was excellent, friendly. Eating outside on the deck overlooking the lake was very nice.”

“The above poster is right about the outward appearance. It is great on the inside with TVs and cable at every table. They had some really great wing flavors to choose from. I got the mild and the spicy blue cheese flavor. The wings were great,but a little chewy at times. I also got some fries which are the steak fry style. They were excellent. The service was great and very friendly. I would definitely go back. I even got a few 50cent college football helmets on the way out in a vending machine. “Located in Langley, south end of Grand Lake this place is one of the best in the state for great home cooking. Open for breakfast at 630 and brunch until 2pm each week except Wednesday and Thursday. Fried chicken, chicken fried chicken, biscuits and gravy .. any and all is the best! Worth a trip but check operation times/dates. They change with lake season. Fast, friendly, clean with lots of room to serve many and groups.”

“Well I had this fabulous dish it was called confetti hash browns it was ham several types of different peppers it was really good but see I'm the vegan so the left off the meat or cheese I said I don't want any meat in it and it was really great so being a vegan like I am all you have to do is tell the people when you order that you're vegan and they'll say oh okay some ask you what does that mean and you just say I don't cannibalize any animal products so they'll leave off the cheese they will leave off the meat but every place I've gone and they don't have the vegan option on the menu they do fix me a vegan dish all they have to do is leave off any type of animal product egg cheese dairy anything that is an animal products because we vegans not murder animals we don't believe in animal abuse anyone who eats meat actually is an animal abuser you should see the animals cry before they die it's sickening and sad and it's anger and it makes me angry at the people who eat meat when they say oh yeah I am an animal lover no you're not you murder animals you pay assassins to murder them viciously and violently there's no way to have any type of animal that is not violent you should see what I have in my phone I show Friends all the time this is what you do you make the animal suffer.
