“Drove in for a quick pick up due to I ordered and paid for our food on my Sonic phone app but I still had to wait 21 minutes for my orders to get to me. They were a bit busy but they couldn't seem to understand that I ordered two different phone app orders and had already paid for the both of them on the app“

“Most the time is really good! The only problem I have is that every time I've called an order in ahead of time, I've gotten to the store and still had to sit and wait for them to make mine when I got there. No matter where I call in an order at, I always give the place 15-20 minutes before I even come to pick up the order. So when I've waited 20 minutes on my end, then get there and wait for 10-15 minutes longer because my order hasn't been made I get a little irritated. Otherwise it's clean, friendly, usually fast as a walk in, and not too pricey.“
