“Always long waits. Ordered 1 lg drink took 23 min. They wouldn't answer the red blinking light. I had to leave the stall and go through drive thru.Give my order again even though i had placed my order on line 7 min before i even got there.9 out of 10 times, my order is wrong.E. Last night, I ordered 2 burger 1 with jalapeños. Both came with jalapeños which i can't eat. Allergiesso had to throw it away, plus the double meat patties were old and dry, so i just skipped dinner.Its an almost every time issue.Order a plain and dry jr buger for my grandsons who is allergic to chees, and 9 out of 10 x it will have cheese on itI will now just drive a few miles further to the Sulfur Sonic. Never had 1 order from there that wasn't perfect.“
“Their sandwiches are excellent, especially on a hot day. The yung lady who was working that night was very nice and professional. Even though she was the only one working that night, she was able to take care of everyone, and there were a lot of customers. I was amazed at her abilities. It seemed like the entire town came to eat.Parking: The parking lot is not very big. But it can handle mabe 10 vehicles, including a spot where someone pulling a trailer can park next to the building.“
“I'm not big on Taco Bell but Sulphur Taco Bell is not bad. The night manager is nice, friendly and always smiling. The local hospital staffs loves it when she is working considering the food is always correct. The night manager does a damn good job and we all appreciate her hard work.. She's a manager for a reason. And if she wanted to go work at McDonald's than she would but instead she works at Taco Bell as the night MANAGER!!!“
“For a McD’s, it gets 5-stars.Employees at drive-thru remind about the mobile app (coupons make stuff actually affordable).It’s been good to see the newer manager, he’s consistent & really cares. (there used to be an issue where it was different staff almost every time you went)If there has been a mistake or quality issue, under the new manager, they’ve been good about correcting it. Just gotta say something & ask.“
“I'll actually like to give it a 4.5 stars, but this was my first visit (I live in OKC, was visiting my nephew). But the staff really impressed me with the service. Really makes a difference in the whole experience. The food was okay, but one of the staff had overheard a comment I made to my nephew and said "you know we can X, Y and Z" (basically do many things at no extra cost to make it like I liked better). If I lived down there I would definitely see if it lived up to how the staff was trying to run it.“
“Let me tell you . The service has improved tremendously. They have a couple new transfers from Ada location and they have really made a difference at this location. Friendly fast service positive attitudes. I suggest if you haven’t been here in a while , try stopping in again . It’s worth it.“
