“We stopped in when it was incredibly busy and the line was long, but Mady handled it like a total pro. She kept a great attitude, was friendly with everyone, and kept the line moving the whole time.

What really stood out was that the second the rush slowed down, she immediately started cleaning counters, wiping things down, and sweeping. She never slowed down once while we were there.

You can tell she takes pride in her work, and employees like that are hard to find. We just wanted to give her a shoutout and hope her managers see how amazing she is. She’s a rockstar!.“

“I wish this allowed for stars and not just "recommend" and "not recommend." I chose the recommend option because it is still a good place but I've been super disappointed the last couple times I've gone/attempted to go. The last time I went in, the ice cream was visibly soft. I tried a couple samples and it was more foam than ice cream. I like frozen solid ice cream. My husband got some but I passed. It was summer and I have worked in ice cream stores before so I chalked it up to the heat coming in and said I'd give it another chance. The past two times (tonight included) that I've tried going, there's no parking. Between the surrounding buildings and hotel parking/valet, there's no space for customers. I give up. They are good but not park and walk a mile away good. I miss the Boxyard location. (And no, I don't go to to BA so I don't go to that location.) 4/5 stars for quality and flavors. 1/5 stars for ease/convenience and location.“

“Was a deep line in drive through at 10 p.m., but had an employee out there taking orders, as soon as we made it to the windows it was ready! Ate mine on the way home, was ready for another one as soon as I pulled in the driveway. Got the Cement custard, strawberries, with melted Choc. Chips..YUMM!“

All fries and tots and chicken were HOT 👍🏻 when ordering I DID request groovy sauce . Didn’t get any, but to fair , I could’ve checked the bag and asked for some.“
