I had a past review on this place and I gave it 4☆ After revisiting it and going into the restaurant in person, I have to change my review to 5☆. They did respond to my 4☆ review and they addressed since then they have fixed all that and the inside is pretty cool. They have some anime nostalgia and some foreign currency on the wall.Very happy and the service was polite and good came out fast! Bensu Asian Bistro offers amazing food, amazing service, and amazing prices. Everything is great, from the staff to the food. The pink lady sushi roll was AMAZING, and the spring rolls are good and have a wonderful flavor, considered the best in Cushing. The crab rangoon is so good multiple orders could be eaten, and the onion soup and yaki udon noodles are awesome. The hibachi style combo with shrimp and scalp's with fried rice, along with the miso soup, are all very good. The wontons are the best in Cushing, with a good amount of filling, very crispy, and perfect flavor. The deep fried crunch roll with fried tempura shrimp, cream cheese, spicy mayo, and eel sauce was a good first impression. Boba tea was perfectly sweet with a subtle brown sugar flavor. Even after a long drive, everything stayed very crispy, fresh, and good. The service is fast, and the guys working are always really nice. The environment looks nice and clean. A minor complaint is it was very hot inside, and providing individual plates for sushi would help. This small business in Cushing is definitely worth the drive and support.
