Not much to complain about in regard to Braum's, but not much to write home about either. The store is a bit outdated, it is cozy, the staff is friendly albeit unhurried, and the food sometimes comes a bit later than expected if you order in. I have yet to try the drive through but I imagine that is probably why the in restaurant service is slow as they prioritize drive through. It's a nice place to get together with friends as it has plenty of seating, just don't set your expectations...read full review
Always our go-to for everything they sell! All our five sons were raised in Braums milk. (They won't drink anything else!?) Eggnog is superb! Great Burgers. Food is always fresh. We love their breakfast burritos.

Generally the experience is good but I have been overcharged on marketplace items on my last 2 visits and had to bag my own items. It's 1 particular person who is a problem but the manager always resolves quickly.
