pretty good! cashier doing all the takeout was super stressed but she was handling it so well; wish i caught her name so i could compliment her directly. she was very communicative with everyone, addressing that she was stressed and didn't catch any sort of attitude at all. my order either was pushed back?? or not started ?? when i arrived. which meant i had to wait for a minute, but she and the manager helping her were very nice about apologizing and getting it handled quickly...
I absolutely love this place but if you want Quick Service go to the bar or order online because more than half of the wait staff stands around gossiping about the girl who keeps opening the doors between the bar where people smoke and there's a baby sitting out in the non-smoking area while your order is sitting there forever. .. I would say the staff needs to work on getting the orders out to people and people who bring their babies into a place where there is smoking should...

I normally wouldn't do a review for a BWW, but this one really sticks out as having great management. They even asked what game we were interested in (the Chiefs were on a bye week so just window shopping).
The food quality was awesome, way above what you would expect from a chain restaurant. I suggest the buffalo tits, we ate them all ?
