Ted's is the best.
2 things could improve: I prefer to sit at a booth, and they don't have any. I also hate the thin silverware. I understand that some people would walk out the door with it, so I get that it makes sense to get the cheap stuff. But better silverware would go a long way towards that perfect rating.
