“Just a small town sonic. Nothing too crazy. Quick and easy, but the employees dont seem to be very friendly. The guy running the order messed it up several times, and the lady who brought our food was talking so low that I couldn't even hear her over thier music.“

“The ice cream treats are great! We love their yogurt! However, the customer service and cleanliness of associates should be a lot better. A basic acknowledgement/welcome when a customer is in line should be foundational in the service industry. Most of the associates aprons were dirty and no one was cleaning tables or sweeping the floors. Seeing grubby teenagers serving food is not appealing at all. You have a lot of loyal customers who continue to support Braum's in spite of the conditions of your stores. Please don't take quality and cleanliness for granted.“

“This is another great Sonic of Bartlesville. It never really matters if you're ordering just before lunch or 30 minutes before close your food will be exactly as it was the last time. The only real con here is sometimes people drive a little fast in the parking lot so watch your corners. At different times the items on the Sonic app appear to not be available but you just have to ask and they will help you.“
