Listen the Durant store is amazing! They were so understanding and helpful when the online system failed and messed everything up. The online system sent me to the automated order line where Aiden was not helpful. Hire more humans because the robot guy sucked. Anyway, thankfully the team in store handled it perfectly.
I ordered today from the Durant Oklahoma Store, and WOW WOW WOW .THE FOOD IS AMAZING AND THE THE FASTEST , KINDEST DELIVERY EVER . I RECOMMEND DURANT DOMINOES TEAM FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE THEY GAVE TODAY.
They advise they will mark your order complete when it's really not and have you come up there after it says done to advise they haven't even started it yet.. and just clear it from the screen to make it look like it was done on time when it wasn't and then the lady in back constantly wiping her face and nose while handling the food is beyond disgusting.

This is getting absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! I tried to place an order for delivery today and they refuse to deliver to my address and I'm just about had it with those employees at the Durant Domino's!!!! Everytime when I try to place an order for delivery at my address they refuse to deliver at my address claiming that my address is not available for delivery when they literally delivered at my address several times last month!! I'm about had it to where I am gonna be contacting the corporate office about this and put an end to this because I am getting pissed right now!! This is obviously becoming an ongoing pattern that they're doing this to me! Like if they're not gonna be willing to deliver at my address then why would they even deliver at my address several times last month in the first place!!! I'll be waiting for a response back from the owner.
