Sometimes the food quality is good and sometimes it's bad. I suppose it depends on who is working. Also your order will probably be ready an hour and 30 minutes after you expect it. That's happened to me 2 times.
My husband and I just received our order, 2 of the 3 pizzas were great but the 3rd <chicken BBQ> usually comes lacking BBQ sauce and is dry,so this time I ordered it with extra sauce. I didn't expect to receive a BBQ soup and bread box......I guess its one or the other. No sauce or soup style.

While my carryout order was ready right on time and correct, the dough on 2 of my 3 pizzas was very tough and hard to chew. The 3rd one was okay after reheating in microwave wave. Reheating didn't help the other two.
