Bought a 3 topping pizza tonight, could literally count the toppings, what's the purpose of a 3 topping pizza if you get more cheese than pizza? The girls were really nice at the drive thru window I give them 5 stars.
I've only done pick up so I'm not sure about atmosphere or service but the food has been good when we've gotten it. Pizza is hot and correct, boneless wings were cooked and good.
Tonight I had a big order with a missing pasta, so I decided to call and ask about it because it has been happening a lot with other locations when we travel. Robert was so helpful and nice, went above and beyond with customer service, and really restored my faith in them! Mistakes happen, but him being intentional in fixing the situation is what makes me happy to come back! (The Durant location staff has always been wonderful, but he really raised the bar!)

The amount of toppings or sauces may not always meet customer expectations, with some customers reporting there is barely any sauce. The overall quality of the pizza is considered average compared to other local options. However, the staff, like the employee Avaria, can be nice and professional, going above and beyond to provide excellent care for customers.
