What is it with this Freddy’s? I haven’t had one good experience at this place. The diner is always freezing, my patty melt was undercooked and I’ve never once ordered an ice cream Sunday that was made the way it’s supposed to be made. I swear, people can take the easiest job and still be too incompetent to make ic cream. Not to mention half the staff always seem to be sitting on their butts while 1 person continues to run the counter service.
We went here for the first time and the service was awesome and so was the food! We’re going to go back and try the ice cream!!
I Love Freddy's, but this particular location, the supervisor/manager and co workers were extremely rude. we called to let them know our pickup order wasn't right.... the manager laughed at us and then hung up on us. We called back to just get a refund and one of the employees said the manager would call us back and was laugbing...The girl didn't take our phone number and was very sarcastic. The food was cold a d not at all what we asked for. So I do not recommend earung at this...read full review
