At Freddy's tonight and there is 6 employees in here. No customers, in restaurant at all. Manager and another standing with back to register on their cell phones. Manager is telling someone how dead it is at restaurant. We stand here a couple minutes before she turns around and realizes we are right behind her. Every table in the place is dirty, no napkins in dispensers. Two weeks ago, we stood and register for about 5 minutes and walked out because no one would wait on us. The management doesn't realize that their poor service is why there are no customers. We keep trying Freddy's because the other restaurants are so busy on Sunday nights. My wife and I have given up on Freddy's.

The patty melt is soooooo good!! The cheese curds are to die for!!! Fries are fair but I’m not big on shoestring fries. Service is great!

First off, not a picky eater I’m usually happy with what I get even if it’s wrong sometimes( hey, I’ve made mistakes too so not a big deal. BUT..) Went through the drive-thru to get a burger (with everything on it) that only had pickles and a MASSIVELY huge onion that was not any good. Was supposed to have lettuce and tomato added. My cheese fries looked like… well… just fries and maybe a drop of cheese. Are you guys trying to save money or do you not care? Second time this has happened. Last time I got a burger here it was so salty I couldn’t even eat one bite and even just a taste I felt sick. Everything in the bag was turned on its side when we checked it before leaving. It’s hard for me to get out so, I didn’t go back to tell them. I shouldn’t have to though, they don’t really seem to care about the quality here. I’m bummed because I’ve always enjoyed their burgers at other places.

It's literally the best fast burger in durant. It even beats chilis, in my opinion. I love getting the kids' meals, and it fills me up while every bite is delicious!
