Edited — I usually love Freddy’s. The last 2-3 times I’ve been to this location lately, it has been disappointing. The fries were overcooked, greasy brown, tasted like old grease. The cheese curds have been tasting like old dirty grease. Today I placed an order on the app and when I arrived it said ready. It was not. I gave them a chance to finish because it was busy. When I got my order, they were out of drink straws, I said it’s fine. Got to my truck, got my fries out...

The concrete shake I ordered was handed to me with a spoon, straw and lots of napkins. The outside of the container and most of those napkins were full of melting shake, that I got my fingers dirty and sticky. The server apologized and waited til I was done cleaning so I could give her all the dirty napkins. I asked her for more napkins and she brought them to me. What happened next made things worse.
