Chick-fil-A is a restaurant with incredibly kind staff and genuine smiles, offering warm hospitality and impressively fast service. The food is always delicious, with a crispy chicken sandwich, hot waffle fries, and good traditional sandwiches, though the new Pretzel Cheddar Club Sandwich is not that great. The restaurant is always clean and well-kept, with a nice play place at one location. However, orders are sometimes incorrect despite the ticket being right. One location's fries taste different and the coffee machine has been broken for over a week. Some staff are overly strict with delivery drivers about receipt photos, which can be frustrating. Overall, it provides an amazing experience with outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere.
