Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and amazing coffee!
Out of all the coffee shops and cafes I’ve tried in Edmond, Ellis is by far the best. Their staff is friendly, knows our names and our regular coffee orders by heart, they make fantastic coffee, and the cafe itself is comfortable (especially the seating), relaxing. It makes for a great place to get some work or reading done, to meet up with your friends and family or members of something like a book club.
