They have what’s called a catch bin, it catches all the screens from everything that comes out of the oven. If you order the “parm bites” or “Bread twists” it will fall into that bin sometimes because no one’s paying attention. They will pick them out and put them in a box and still give them to a customer. Also around 8pm they have “catch bins” they will pick and sort all the toppings that fall off and throw them back into the unused toppings. To be used again later. That includes every topping even the cheese. At nights they do not use any floor cleaner, they simply use warm water and mop the floor. “Because cleaners eat the grout” The GM doesn’t support her team without complaining. And generally the team is great except when the GM brings her man up there to help with the store. He’s not paid or currently an employee of dominos pizza. And if that’s not the worst of it everything is made without gloves. “Because the oven will burn off the germs”. Even to recall the GM expressed that she was smoking weed at home and the hot concentrate caused a blister on her finger that was leaking. Granted she did say that she needed to wear gloves but didn’t the entire time. Just when preparing food. That and the constant smoke breaks and the uncertainty of washing her hands between those breaks leads me to believe there’s a high possibility of getting her grubby trailer trash germs everywhere. Wrongful termination and shorting hours on employees (as an incentive to get done quicker). I’ve contacted the BBB, OSHA, and EEOC about the abuse and neglect that is the attitude of El Reno dominos. Even the District manager told another female that she’s just going into “early menopause” because she complained about the 85 degree thermostat setting. Overall this franchise gets a (D-).

We just tried ordering $70 worth of pizza online and after spending 20 plus minutes trying to pay with Apple Pay only to be told the system could not accept this form of payment at this time. Then put in my MidFirst debit card and it couldn’t accept that form of payment either. Apparently this Dominos enjoys losing money. I will never order from them again because this

I have ordered from here several times, and the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. Delivery is very fast and the one time they weren't I didn't even complain and they sent me a message saying that didn't go as we had hoped here's enough points to get a free pizza. That's great service. It's definitely one of the best Domino's I have ever ordered from.
I had a concern about the amount that came in the dips. When I called to ask about it, the General Manager personally made it so I knew what to expect in the future. She was very nice and understanding about it. My food came out perfect!

We ordered the extravaganza pizza. The pizza was really loaded with fresh toppings. Didn’t go inside to eat. It was nice ordering from my car and pulling up to the window outside to get my order.

Awesome pizza! Clean store, courteous workers, quick for made to order. Hot and delicious, every time. Keep up the good work! Despite the lobby being under water from the storms the crew was still pumping out orders and persevering. The lobby was closed due to flooding! They still powered thru. Amazing crew.
Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza, salad, pasta is available
Parking: Pot holes and dips all over this parking lot but, yes, there is lots of space to park.
Kid-friendliness: Bring the kids! They can watch the cook make orders.
Wheelchair accessibility: The customer entrance on the south side of the building has a ramped side walk.
