Vintage 1950’s feel burger/malt shake shop. Limited seating but the wait wasn’t too long to get a table. Loved the chocolate shake-but make sure they serve it in the metal cup they blend it in-surprisingly it did taste better served in that metal cup! 38$ for 2 double burgers, 1 fry , two cokes and I shake.

Went here yesterday with my mom and grandpa around lunch time. Everyone from the wait staff to the busser were all super sweet and we got our food quite quickly. Good portion sizes, too. I didn't quite like what I ordered, but that was my fault, up to personal preference, and it didn't taste bad at all. Mom and grandpa really liked their burgers and fries though.Atmosphere was lively, and the old school diner aesthetic is really cool. I also really liked all the pictures of veterans and celebrities who came to visit. This place is almost always bustling so I thought I'd give it a try, and I definitely don't regret it. I'd recommend coming here if you need a quick bite with some friends, you'll enjoy yourself!

I have stayed many times at the ELReno city campground and I love it... But as I am always just passing thru I always have my camping trailer and could never figure out how to actually park downtown... Today I finally made it and it was awesome... My hometown has a famous onion burger establishment called Powers and they are currently going thru a owner change... So I got to post on their site about my visit here... Yum ?

Sid's Diner exceeded our expectations. Great stop on Route 66. We chatted with Marty Hall, his wife, and daughter.

Authentic oklahoma burger / depression burger was delicious. However it was a 40 minute wait, and our fries were obviously done for awhile before we got our food. The fries were soggy and cold. Frito pie was very mediocre.

I have heard great things about Sid’s Diner! My family and I went through drive-thru only because there was no parking. The wait time for Made- to- order food was not terrible, however was quickly disappointed with the service we received. The young lady who was on the intercom seemed to have zero interest in taking our order. Once we received our food and started tasting it, the burger was GREASY and seemed like maybe they need to clean their grill. My wife liked her burger but also said it tasted like old char. The French fries were very expensive compared to the burger and tasted like cardboard fried in old grease and with all that food they only had 20oz drinks. They did provide salt and pepper packs for the fries but they absorbed all the grease from the food and we couldn’t use them. It was a waste of $40 for 2 burgers, 1 full fry, 2 half fries and 3 drinks. Drove 30 minutes to try it out and never coming back.

This is a historic burger location. If you've ever heard of the burger scholar George Motz, you will have heard of this place. It's where the regional Oklahoma onion smash burger is from.I had the burger the original way; with pickles and mustard only. And it tasted incredible. Every bite was perfect, I did not one think that there was anything missing. I got a half order of fries and it could've fed 2 people. The chocolate shake was wonderful to boot.I was glad I was in the region to be able to go to such an iconic burger destination. If you love hamburgers, you must stop by, sit at the bar, watch them make burgers, and enjoy one yourself.

We were greeted by the owner who told us the history. The staff was very friendly. We had a regular (onion) burger, Frito chili pie and a chocolate malt. All were excellent. The decor is classic 50's diner. A "don't miss" stop for us!

Sid's founder Marty Hall was manning the grill tonight. We enjoyed watching him and the well-oiled machine team working the full house. The onion burgers were absolutely delicious, the fries perfect, and the conversations even better!
