We were greeted by the owner who told us the history. The staff was very friendly. We had a regular (onion) burger, Frito chili pie and a chocolate malt. All were excellent. The decor is classic 50's diner. A "don't miss" stop for us!
Sid's founder Marty Hall was manning the grill tonight. We enjoyed watching him and the well-oiled machine team working the full house. The onion burgers were absolutely delicious, the fries perfect, and the conversations even better!

This is a historic burger location. If you've ever heard of the burger scholar George Motz, you will have heard of this place. It's where the regional Oklahoma onion smash burger is from.I had the burger the original way; with pickles and mustard only. And it tasted incredible. Every bite was perfect, I did not one think that there was anything missing. I got a half order of fries and it could've fed 2 people.
