The food at this establishment is such a treat! However, the service was poor. My server was inattentive, as in, she checked in on me once to bring my plate. No silverware, no drink refill, and she never came back around to check on me. If she did, I may have had a chance to tell her she forgot my yummy ribs, which were cold by the time I finally received them. Sadly, i gave her tip to the other server that I had to wave down to assist me. Do better in hiring help, please.

Decided to give this location a chance since never eaten at this location.Just as bad as all the others. The fried okra was burnt and cold. The kick n chicken sandwich was tasteless. The fries as cold as the okra.Asked for some extra bbq sauce and was told it’s .75 to have extra even though the waiter didn’t even bring the kind I asked for how is the company still in business with such horrible restaurants and service

Although I go to various locations on different days, they always tend to hide substandard meats on the bottom. All their sides are good, as well as the pulled pork. Fish portions could be a little bigger. Check your food B4U leave if you get ribs.Parking: Ample parking available

Meats, sides, everything was awesome. First time at Swadley’s and couldn’t be happier.
Most everything tastes ok. Just don't order the way overpriced catfish. You will be disappointed. I only got a handful of breaded, paper thin pieces of catfish. There was ten times more breading than fish. And we found a hair in our salad from the salad bar but they did throw all that lettuce away and put new out immediately.
