Shocked and delighted to find this great restaurant in my hotel parking lot! The baked mussels were amazing and the three other dishes I ordered were all top notch. Sooooo many rolls to choose from. I'll definitely keep this on my list for next time I drive through Oklahoma!

I really hate to make this review but the food I got was just terrible, I ordered a special roll and salmon roll and some sashimi. I had to throw away most of it because it just tastes like chemicals. I used to eat here at least 3 times a week when I would work out of el Reno always delicious and super tasty. Used to get 2 special rolls and spend about 80 dollars a week here frequently. A couple nights ago I got what I used to get plus a little bit of sashimi. I ended up throwing away all of the sashimi and actually spat it out because it burnt my tongue almost. Was not pleasant. I threw away most of my salmon roll as it also tasted like chemicals. The special roll was pretty decent but definitely not what this place used to be. Hopefully in the future this changed I’m honestly a bit scared to spend my money here again. I love raw sushi and lately have been eating in either mustang or in the city but I returned to el Reno to work and was eager to try ume again. Disappointed but I hope it turns around.

The food is excellent here. I particularly like the four seasons roll and Kimchi Soup.

My family and I really enjoy eating here. The staff are very friendly and quickly refill our drinks. The food is really good and hot. They have a great sushi selection. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. We look forward to going back for more.

Title: good food. Pushy server, smelly detergents.

Enjoyed the food and the proximity of the hotels. But the server pushing me to expensive courses, and the restaurant using a super strongly smelled chemical for cleaning, left a bad taste in my mouth. Which is unfortunate, since the food and general service other than this aspect were great.

More details:

i won’t take any advice from the waitress. She constantly tried selling me the expensive options to inflate the bill, which she succeeded at the first round - and failed on the next ones. For example, I asked where are salmon rolls on the menu, and kept getting directed to some expensive options. I had to really “work” on her to find the good old salmon-avocado roll, which is priced at the more affordable $6.25 - compare to her recommended roll $14…. Or, following a recent review here, I asked for which of the sushi has the freshest fish. She recommended one of the their more expensive options (again, $14 roll), that had mix of fish - all of them available in rolls costing about $6 a roll.
And thus my bill for a solo dinner ended up at $50 (!).

Vegetarian options: There are common basic veg. sushi options. Choose on your own since waitress kept trying to inflate the bill by recommending expensive options.

Sushi is ok, somewhat more fishy than usual. I ordered Ikura nigiri. It didn’t taste fresh. (I am from Japan, and have a high standard for sushi. I only eat sushi from Tokyo restaurant in OKC. But it was closed for lunch that day.)

Passing through town for one night and stopped for sushi that was close too the hotel. Entrance was ver unassuming, but it was excellent. Server was so friendly and the food was amazing. We had sushi but table next to us had hibachi that looked just as good. So glad we ate there
