Gave this location several chances but they never get my order right. Once they handed me an empty bag and had a dumb look on their face when I went in store to complain. Food is mediocre at best and fries are always soggy.

Customer service was poor and the girl made us feel like we were an inconvenience to her even though we were the only customers in the drive-thru. We noticed there was only 1 customer in the dine-in.

We stopped at this Wendy's in El Reno, Oklahoma while traveling and should have turned around and left when we saw the condition of the entry ...it was standing in about 2" of water. You had to walk through all the water to enter. It hadn't been raining for a couple hours only a slight drizzle, so they had made no attempt to make it safe or dry even though by my count they had 5-6 employees working. Since we were too far out of Oklahoma City to turn around and go back, and didn't have many options in El Reno, we ordered, This is where it went pear shaped. The person taking my order overcharged me because he rang it up without the correct package deal even though I had ordered the bacon double cheeseburger biggie bag. As he handed me my receipt I saw what he had done and I asked for a refund. The mgt on duty, a lady with long dishwater blonde hair in early 20's came over and had a slight attitude but went forward ...I figured her attitude was with the employee for his error. Then I look down and see she has refunding the whole meal? I can't refund just what he overcharged she said. So we did a refund on the whole meal and then she rerang the whole meal. At this point I've paid for 3 meals, supposedly been refunded on one ...and she walked away...,without giving me a copy of the refund, only the copies showing what I had been charged. I hear about credit card fraud all the time and Oklahoma City restraints have become known for it so, I asked the cashier for a copy of the refund and bless his heart, he says meekly, you want me to call her back over here? Yes I need proof of my refund incase I have a problem. And when she comes back over, as my mom would say, she was loaded for bear. I was told that NO, I absolutely could not have a copy of the refund. when I asked that she reprint the transaction, I was told, it only prints one copy and she had to have that....really ? so I asked ......you are required to have a copy of the refund it only prints one and by doing so it is then your company policy that the customer NEVER receives a copy of a refund? YES she said ....I was matching her attitude by this point with my own. I said take a photo of it and I want my receipt ...and I reached for it on the counter. NO YOU CAN TAKE A PICTURE OF IT BUT YOU CANT TOUCH IT! she replied....now realize we hadn't even gotten our food yet so I don't know what she thought I was going to do ...run around in a circle waving it at her Or waving it at the other customers who at this point were getting quite a show. I should have taken the photo as she held it against her chest to prove how immature she was acting and show her face on this review but ...I bought in to the story and she finally laid it down on the counter and I moved it 12" from where she laid it to take the photo without a glare and she started screaming you ripped it out of my hands ...I never got the photo as she grabbed it back and said ...now you aren't getting your food either...YEAH ! .Now, of course I had to wait while she did a return on the whole meal as I know she said she couldn't do a refund without the card, and I now have no receipt for 3 meals I have paid for and who knows hopefully 3 meals refunded. Who knows if with all this was a diversion to get my card number? And of course, I have nothing to eat either ...not that I have an appetite at this point. She was still smarting off when she realized my husband had been recording everything she had done...and without a doubt they have cameras too. Which will allow her general and regional managers to review the incident. Tried calling the 800 number but they are closed...so will do that tomorrow Anyway, be smart and give this place a pass.
