“My wife and I ordered dinner for our family and one of our sandwiches was made wrong. David, at the Elgin OK location, not only fixed our sandwich, but remade our whole ticket due to inconvenience. We are "regulars" (due to our little one "loving it" 😆) and this will keep us "regulars"! Thank you, David and team!!! 😊“

“I love Starbucks! Ladies there are always nice & if something is wrong with your drink they will fix it. ?! Only problem I had was when I bought a egg burrito it has a small fruit fly I cut it off and continued to eat “cus I was hungry and rushing” but other than that each time I go they get my drinks right ?“
