“Best Sonic in town. The last two times that we have tried the location on the other side of town, we have faced the same issue: miscommunication due to broken/barely working equipment. Today, the teenager on the register took to shouting over the mic with a healthy dose of attitude. Never again.Both times, we have come to this location. Both times we have had incredible customer service. The team is friendly and prompt with the delivery. And the best part, they can perfectly understand us over the speaker system. This is not a company issue. This is a training issue.“
