I took my mom for her annual Birthday lunch. it was fantastic.( I was a little disappointed that we did not get a brownie for her birthday like we usually do).. but, the food was great and so was the company.

Chili's Grill & Bar in Enid offers friendly service and great food. The staff here goes above and beyond every single time, making a big difference for customers. The servers are friendly, attentive, and treat guests like more than just another table. One server, Catie, is especially appreciated for remembering small details and ensuring everything is perfect. The management team is also excellent, with the main manager running the place smoothly and being approachable and professional. Sterling and Kalisha are helpful and kind, showing that the whole team works well together. Customers enjoy the warm and quality food, with the lava cake being a standout dessert. The place is clean and busy, but they manage to serve quickly. The food looks great, though some chips were stale, making dipping in salsa a bit difficult. The cheesesticks look new, but the content was a little warm, which was disappointing. The bone-in was cooked too long, but the burger bites were okay despite the bun being somewhat hard. Drinks are a highlight, with the staff mixing a favorite mango syrup, sprite, and lemonade drink that many enjoy. Overall, the restaurant remains a favorite for many in Enid because of the great food, service, and friendly staff.
