Was once the best food truck seems as though quality is in need of attention

We were staying at the La Quinta next door and we're very happy with our meal. My hubby had the carne asada plate. The meat was deliciously marinated and the portion generous. I had 3 different street tacos, all of which tasted great! The carnitas was a little dry but very flavorful. We may have to go back tomorrow!
Parking: This is a taco truck in a large parking lot. No issues with parking.

I got a hair in the food to be exact in an order of quesabirrias
The food and service is excellent, very friendly and the food is super delicious, but the cakes already have twice as many pieces of meat, which is not how it should be.
