This is about the location in High Point, NC, Restaurant # 1584:
Clean location, great food and service, and a manager that leads by example (Abigail).
I had an issue that typically would ruin an experience; however, Abigial and Emma couldn't have handled it better. As a result, I choose not to let the unprofessional employee overshadow my otherwise phenomenal experience. I hope that she was receptive to learning from it and has a better approach in the future.

I have eaten there several times since the Pearsall location has been open. I have gotten great service, great food, and the place has been clean, the food was spot on, cooked just right. At least I don't have to worry about Mold on my ice, the onion rings and fries aren't dark and doesn't taste like greasy cardboard. The management and staff is AMAZING, Not Rude unlike other places in Pearsall.

Whataburger is a fast food place known for its very fast service and savory food. The staff are super kind and friendly, making jokes and keeping customers happy. Many customers use the drive thru, where the lady who takes the order is friendly and patient and the food is hot and good. Customers praise the quick service even when many people are there. One customer had an incorrect order but the manager was polite and helped, giving free food. The restaurant is clean, warm, and friendly. It is compared to a burger version of Chick‑Fil‑A and has a few minor teething problems. Regular customers love the shakes, especially the dr. Pepper blackberry shake. Overall, Whataburger is recommended for its quick, good food and helpful staff.
