“I ate at every Mexican place in Enid, and I've eaten all over Central America, Cartagena, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Panama, and the Baja's Cabo San Lucas, Ensenada, and the truck's namesake, Puerto Vallarta. The truck makes their food EXACLTY like it is made in Puerto V. and I love it. The guy that got plain hot dogs and then got mad, and then the guy that called it "rotgut" is just a testament to the kind of people that live in Enid, really. Many of them have never been outside of Enid, or OK, are terminally afraid of flavor and all love eating at the only mexican place in town that survives very long - El Patio, because they serve American drinks, microwave style mexican tv dinner food with no salt, and play US Sports. That place knows their audience. Hell, the owner of El Patio had to open another restaurant in town, Catrina's, so he could give his own family and friends real Mexican, and not go broke serving real stuff to Enidites because they can't handle it. It's true. But if you want to know what authentic mexican tastes like, this truck is as authentic and delicious as it gets in Enid. It's actually the best tacos I've had in the entire state, and I though I haven't been everywhere obviously haven't found better anywhere closer than Taco Deli in Dallas. But in OK? No match. People trying to say this place is bad don't know what good food, especially good Mexican food, is. It's great guys. Just don't be a moron and get plain hot dogs lol. I only wish it wasn't a truck especially when it's cold, but they put out tables and chairs, which is more than most other trucks think to do. Oh, and if anything, get the Quesabirrias plate. Oh, and yes, my gluten free wife can eat most of it, if anyone's wondering if it's ok for that, because they don't speak English as well. I know what a gamble that is, and my wife was drooling over my tacos so much the first time I brought it home she rolled the dice, and that takes a lot. So those of you that have that issue, thank her to know their tacos are good to go for ya. :) God Bless. Enjoy.“
