tries to place a online order 2nite didn't work so I called ask to place a to go order was told they r dine n only they no longer take to go orders or online 🤦♀️ whoever thought that was good business idea u need to b fired I just know abt myself to order and many more im sure u missed out on u lost $$$$ ur nit running a good business now very disappointed and not to mention the fried crawfish tails u no longer serve we luved
Everything was perfect! Easy check in. Servers are on top of your needs. Food was AMAZING!
I have eaten at Captain Johns in the past and it was fine.This week a colleague and myself ate there during lunch. It wasn't busy at all but the service was slow and non attentive. Food was overpriced and wasn't very good. I would rate this experience a 5 out of 10. I seriously doubt if I will go back. I found it to be overpriced for a crispy chicken salad that I had to separate half of it because it was brown. Chicken had no flavor.
