This gem of Eufaula is a hidden gem. The sourdough bakery has amazing staff, and everything is delicious. The pastries are innovative and flavorful. The bread is wonderful. The pastries, breads, and English muffins are all delicious. The almond croissants are a favorite, but the mushroom and cheese croissant and chocolate Almond croissant are also outstanding. Everything is sourdough, made daily, and super fresh. It is a can't miss and a massive upgrade to the community. Do go early, as they sell out frequently.
