4 Best American Restaurants near Geary

“While traveling on old route 66 in Oklahoma, we found ourselves in the little town of Geary just in time for lunch. We passed the Broadway and decided to give it a try since we were looking for local establishments, not chains. It was a great choice. I personally had the chicken fried steak sandwich and my friend went with a hamburger. We were both very happy with our choice. The chicken fried steak sandwich was hugh and was so tender and delicious. I would recommend you stop in if you are ever anywhere near Geary.“

“My review is both positive and negative. The good: food is always hot and fresh. The salad bar is pretty decent but lacks a lot of options. I imagine their desserts are good, but have never tried them. The fried pies look phenomenal. The bad: usually they seem understaffed or the multiple employees are gathered at the register and don't greet you upon entrance and rarely check on you (the blonde girl that waited on me did do a good job, but many other tables were not. One employee spent time watching TV or talking with one costumer). the salad bar is usually low on everything. The table I sat at was dirty and many others left with dirty plates. Steak is unseasoned but a decent cut. Chicken fried steak also unseasoned and a weird breading. Sides are all good. Chicken strips were even good the next day reheated. Chicken strips and breakfast may be what to order.“
